Forwarding the achievement of Dual weapons to regular players.

Hi there, its been nice to see that even normal players can now play peacefully and with equality.
But what I experienced that it was not easy for non donators to kill a donator even if they put on aimbot.

But since aimbot is not detectable , even newbies has started using aimbot, and worst is that they have full skill too.
I suggest that players must not get full weapon skills untill they reach atleast Level 1 of regularity.

Because I don't think anyone will record and then upload and then post a complain for newbies. And also they will keep coming with different names even after getting ban.

This will maintain the balance for donators and Non-donators.
