Admins that have personal issues that are keeping them from playing/visiting properties have their properties frozen, it's no secret.
If players have a valid reason they also can use this benefit.
We have a system to preserve properties. The only time it's used is when people message me directly. It doesn't matter if they're admin or not.
Believe it or not, there are more things to life than sacnr and sometimes people need to step away and deal with them.
well, but this way the other players don't have the choice to have nice property.

The benefit has been in use forever, even before I got admin, I remember Jamie telling players in-game that they can also come to him when they got something that is keeping them from being able to visit those properties. A lot of nice properties that is owned by players, moderators, and admins have gone for auction because they do not care enough about visiting them.
