the most of servers get players by requesting for their internet list here.

Servers are crawled every now and then so sometimes things don't appear instantly.

Are you looking in the sa-mp client?

SACNR Monitor is just the website, we do not have control over what appears in the sa-mp internet listing. There are other projects that have attempted to use the SACNR Monitor data within the sa-mp client though:
